Getting away from wildlife for a change, one of my other loves is Monochrome photography, so here are a few images from the library over the last fifteen years.

MARAZION & LANNER 06/09/2017.

Went down to Penzance yesterday afternoon, and on the way back made a quick stop at Marazion to see if the Baird's Sandpiper was still about.
I saw someone along the beach taking photo's, so grabbed the camera in the hope it was the Baird's, as I approached I was surprised to see it was Jr from JR & Sue's blog . So I can say Great to see you John, and sorry I was on very limited time, but will have to have a longer catch up next time.
Anyway did not see the Baird's and below is a selection of the birds we were looking at, the Baird's was located further along the beach but I did not have the time to see where it was.
When I got back home I found a very nice Common Blue Butterfly and three Small Tortoiseshell's in the garden.
So all in all a very nice day.
