Arrived back about 1 hour ago from an early morning seawatch at Pendeen Nr Lands End,When I got there at 07.10am it was already quite crowded, anyway got settled in and spent the next 3 hours enjoying the masses of sea birds passing through. Species seen were Manx Shearwaters, Balearic Shearwaters, 8 Artic Skua's 12 Great Skua's (Bonxies), 4 Sabine's Gulls and 5 grey Phalarope's. Surprisingly no one called any Petrels,Sooty or Great Shearwaters or Pomarine Skua's as conditions were very favourable. But after all it was a very enjoyable morning,so I leave you with a couple of images from todays activity.
